also responsible of the business development of Hards & Franke.
Prior to becoming legal consultant, he held a position as a banker with
the Commerzbank AG Dusseldorf, Germany. Dr. Franke studied law at the
University of Treveris (Trier), specializing in national and
international tax law as well as accounting. Dr.Franke
received his doctoral degree from the University of Treveris and Yale
University (summa
cum laude). Moreover, he studied at the Department
for Political Sciences at
Stanford University und worked as a postdoc with Professor Lloyd
Weinreb at
Harvard
Law School.
Dr. Franke
is the author of several scientific publications on natural law and the
principals of justice and is also an international observer with the
